How to Set Up a Stud Gun for Welding Insulation Pins for Heat Treating Contractors

This setup works for Truweld, Proweld, Midwest Fasteners, Erico, H.A. Jones, SWS stud welder guns.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED:

Hybrid "B" Collet

STEP 1: Insert the colletin gun shaft and tighten set screws.  No other parts or foot piece is required for this setup.  This can be used for insulation pins greater than 1".
