The TW5500 is a fully integrated 1400A single gun stud welding system for ferrule-shielded and gas-shielded drawn arc stud welding.  It has enhanced duty cycle for production environments. The TW5500 contains digital controls for weld time, weld current and gas purge time. 

The system was designed to be a perfect fit for shop using, welding up through 5/8" studs.  This is all contained in a compact portable package.

 New features include PRO-TEC'D technology that protects the gun circuitry and a improved user interface for a more intuitive setup.
